There are different stages selection process of candidates, but before that we have to fulfill certain formalities which the Department of Labor Govt. of middle east has formulated. The following document are needed by the Dept. of Labor in order them to give us a green signal for advertising our demands in the local newspaper and recruiting manpower as per the need or foreign partners

Visa Endorsement Process

The visa endorsement process varies by destination country. Our systematic approach ensures full compliance:
Document Submission Phase
     i) We compile and submit all worker documentation to the employing company.
ii) This allows employers to review and approve candidates first.

Visa Application Process
We initiate embassy/consular applications only after receiving
i) Official visa confirmation from the employer

ii) Copy/original of the approved visa

Post-Endorsement Procedures
All subsequent processing occurs only after

  • Visa Compliance: Guiding employees to collect their visa from the airport’s visa counter (if not pre-endorsed) and advising them to contact the relevant immigration authority for final visa endorsement, if required.
